It’s my great pleasure to write you early in 2017 for two important reasons . . .
First, I want to thank you sincerely for your partnership with Jewish Voice Ministries! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your prayers and generosity.
Second, I want to ask you to renew your support for the coming year by sending a generous gift.
This new year — 2017 — marks the 50th anniversary of Jewish Voice. Fifty years of caring for Jewish people around the world, and especially of sharing the Good News of Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah.
In honor of this special anniversary year, I hope you’ll be inspired to continue praying AND giving to care for suffering Jewish people.
When you give, you’ll support, care for, and transform the lives of Jewish people in six different ways:
1. Sharing Yeshua the Messiah
The heart of Jewish Voice Ministries is to introduce people — especially Jewish people — to a saving knowledge of Yeshua as Messiah and Savior.
We do this in many ways — through special Hear O’ Israel! Festivals of Jewish Music & Dance, via television and other media, and through all Jewish Voice outreach programs. Our humanitarian missions are especially important, as Yeshua is shared by teams of our workers who pray for and bear witness to everyone who wishes to hear.
2. Ministering to the lost and scattered Tribes of Israel
It has now been proven that communities of Jewish descendants live in remote areas of the world — in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and India. Other potential Jewish groups have been identified in Somaliland, Uganda, Nigeria, Afghanistan, and other places around the globe.
These groups suffer terrible isolation and poverty. Relentlessly persecuted by neighbors, they’ve had nowhere to turn for help. That is, until Jewish Voice Ministries began to reach out to them. We’re committed to providing physical and spiritual care to these groups of lost and scattered Jewish people.
In particular, our medical clinics bring clean water, plus medical, dental, and eye care to these suffering Jewish people — as practical expressions of God’s love, and to help them be open so we may share Yeshua with them.
3. Caring for Holocaust survivors
Your support also helps Holocaust survivors in Israel, many of whom have no living family and little money for even critical needs like dental and vision care. Through your gifts, you help provide for these survivors — as well as reach out to others as needs arise — in fulfillment of our mandate: “To the Jew first and also to the Nations.”
4. Fighting persecution and supporting Israel
For 2,700 years, Jewish people have suffered the most sustained persecution in history. From the book of Esther to Russian pogroms and the Holocaust of the 20th century, Satan has continually shown his hatred for the descendants of Abraham.
Anti-Semitism is still widespread. From persecution of Jewish groups in remote parts of the world, to hatred openly expressed in Europe and the West, to constant threats against the nation of Israel — anti-Semitism is both real AND growing.
Your support enables Jewish Voice to speak against the evil of anti-Semitism wherever it occurs. And whenever possible, we offer encouragement and practical help to Jewish people suffering isolation and persecution.
Please stand with us in support of the nation of Israel and encourage others to pray for Israel and for Jerusalem. We believe the reestablishment of a Jewish homeland is a fulfillment of biblical prophecy, and an important landmark leading to the return of Yeshua, and the establishment of God’s eternal Kingdom.
5. Teaching Jewish roots of Christianity
God called Abraham and promised that his descendants would be God’s chosen people and a blessing to all the nations of the world. He then fulfilled His plans by sending His Son, Yeshua, to be born and live as a Jewish child and man.
But many Christians today don’t recognize the extent to which their Christian faith is built on the Jewish faith.
Through your support, you’ll serve non-Jewish Believers through teaching about the Hebraic roots of Christianity, the Church’s responsibility to Israel and the Jewish people, and how to share the Good News of the Messiah with Jewish people.
6. Distributing media and ministry resources
Millions of people are reached each year by Jewish Voice media and ministry resources. Our flagship television program — “Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis” — and other television specials reach hundreds of thousands with inspirational messages.
Jewish Voice also produces a range of quality products to inform and inspire, including books, CDs, DVDs, and online media resources. Our magazine, “Jewish Voice Today”, shares Yeshua with Jews and Gentiles alike and teaches the Jewish roots of Christianity. It also keeps readers informed on our activities and issues such as current events in Israel and the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
With your renewal gift right now, you’ll support ALL six of these primary ministries to care for the needs of Jewish people worldwide.
And when you give, you can be assured you’re not only bringing physical healing to Jewish people, but also the Good News of Yeshua as Messiah — the Yeshua Who wants to save all who will turn to Him.
Could you please send your most generous gift right now to demonstrate your continued commitment in this new year to care for and proclaim the Gospel to Jewish people around the world?
Thank you for your renewed partnership! May God richly bless you.
